Performances
The Kattaikkuttu season runs from mid-January to about mid-October with a peak during the months of April, May, June and July. There are a few performances during the rainy season (October to December), but the weather may easily play havoc leading to the cancellation of a play. Information about the dates and venues of regular performances by the repertory company of the Sangam and other established Kattaikkuttu companies in villages in the North of Tamil Nadu can be obtained from the Sangam's office. will be staged in Dakshinachitra
when Rajagopal receives
the ‘Friends of Dakshinachitra
Award for Life Time Achievement’.
